Best Training App & Community!

Best training app there is. Used it to train for my 2nd full Ironman and PR’d my time by an hour. I can’t recommend it enough. From nutrition to workouts to yoga and strength. Great communication with other’s who use the App. It’s a great supportive community! It links with Training Peaks and Zwift! Just give the free trial a try and I guarantee you will love your results!

This is it!

I have been using this App since I started my triathlon journey (2018). The app has been working perfectly and the workouts are fantastic. I have done few half IM races and I enjoy them all. Revolution in training 💯

MŌTTIV system really is next level! As good as a personal coach and as cheap as a bottle of wine a month!
With any endurance sport, just input any race or goal you have and it will design a program taylored just for you with strength and mobility. It helps me doing the right amount of training without becoming over trained or injured and also staying healthy and full of energy for everyday life. I love the science and research behind the system focusing on aerobic endurance and becoming a overall healthy individual. Thanks to all the team for the positive impact and wish the same for everyone!

Swiss Army knife in training

I have used some of the other training apps and it seems that my MōTTIV app seems to be on point. Wanna do a triathlon they have a plan. If u wanna run they have a plan for that. If u are just into biking u guessed it have a plan for that as well. Whether if you do one race or many as well as different types of races. Program also has programs from lifting to yoga. After doing my first 70.3 triathlon I was hooked. 14 days free trial give it a go and the price is one of the best out there as far as training programs. The support get through the app as well as other members is out of this world.

Great app and ease of use for all !

This is a great way to not only get motivated but to stay motivated with other members being able to cheer you on and post as much or as little as you want about your workouts! Up until now I was like 1000’s of other age groupers, working adult triathletes who trained myself through triathlon. Yes I completed some big races under my ‘self-trained’ method but at a heavy cost. Previously overtrained and undereducated, this app and training plan have changed my triathlon life experience almost instantly.
