Training Plan Race Distances

The distances of races for the training plans in the MOTTIV app are as follows:
IRONMAN = 2.4-mile (3.9km) swim, 112-mile (180.2km) bike, and 26.2-mile (42.2km) run
HALF-IRONMAN (70.3) = 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, a 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run
OLYMPIC = 0.93 mile (1.5k) swim, 24.8 mile (40k) bike, and 6.2 mile (10k) run.
SPRINT = 0.5 miles (750 meters/2,460 feet), cycling 12.4 miles (20 kilometers), and running 3.1 miles (5 kilometers)
Short Duathlon = Less than 25 mile (40k) total distance duathlon
Long Duathlon = More than 25 mile (40k) total distance duathlon
Cycling Road Race = Less than 40 mile (60k) bike race
Grand Fondo = 40-90 mile (60-150k) bike race
Ultra Cycling Adventure = More than 90 mile (150k) bike race
Ultra Running Adventure (aka Ultramarathon) = More than 100k running race
Half-Marathon = 13.1 miles (21km)
Marathon = 26.2 miles (42km)
10k = 10 kilometers
5k = 5 kilometers
Short Swimrun: Less than 3hr Swimrun race
Long Swimrun: More than 3hr Swimrun race
