My workout's title or estimated time doesn't match the workout details

From time to time, you may find the workout icon has a different total workout time or a different description than what's listed in the workout details.
The number is not a time you're required to hit, it's simply an estimate of how long you'll be training for that session.
For example:
- A Bike workout may say "Main Bike - 4 Hours" but the workout details may add up to be closer to a 3-hour ride
- A swim workout may say 40-60 minutes but based on the details, you know it'll take you 75-90 minutes to complete
The number in the workout icon in your calendar is usually the maximum time needed for a workout, and sometimes it's rounded up based on how much time the workout typically takes people to finish.
That said, sometimes (like in the swim example), athletes are at the lower end of the possible paces for that workout, and it simply takes them longer.
There's nothing wrong with either scenario! Again, the times listed are simply an estimate and the aim is not to match that number with the time your workout takes.
If there is ever a major discrepancy between the workout icon and the workout details, please ignore the heading: the workout details are always correct.
