At only 22 years of age, professional triathlete Sam Long has already been on the podium in Ironman, 70.3, and Xterra races. A naturally gifted athlete, Sam had four top-five Ironman finishes in 2018. He is also one of the most entertaining triathletes on the circuit and he has a bright future ahead.
On today's episode of the Triathlon Taren podcast, Sam talks about becoming a pro at such a young age, the worst race of his career, and eating a donut the size of his head in the middle of a training ride!
